1. Rotate the receiver with the gel pad. 2. Peel back the transparent film on the gel pad. 3. Place the device on the area you need to massage. 4. Press the ON/INC button to turn it on. The light will remain on. Press the ON/INC button again to start the massage. The light will flash. 5. Press the button to select the desired mode. 6. Adjust the massage intensity to your preference. Continue pressing ON/INC to increase the intensity and OFF/DEL to decrease it. Note: The product has a body detection function. Insert the battery, remove the transparent protective film, and apply it to your arm or body. Then turn on the switch. The product will begin operating. (The product will not start if the protective film is not removed or if the product is not applied to the skin.)
