US B Type Plug(110-127V)
About These Items Precise and Smooth Rotation: The HD-50 positioner integrates a 120W motor with adjustable speed from 0.5 to 6 rpm, ideal for jobs requiring precision in manual welding. The HDTR-1000 roller, with a high-torque 600W motor, offers rotation speeds from 80 to 1600 mm/min, designed for large and heavy workpieces up to 1000 kg, facilitating welding on bulky structures. Adjustable Capacity for Different Workpiece Sizes: The HD-50 allows for table tilt adjustment from 0° to 90°, with handwheel locking and an auto-locking function. The HDTR-1000 incorporates 9.84" PU rollers with internal and external adjustment holes to accommodate diameters from 25 to 1400 mm, ensuring versatility for different projects. Stability and Robust Construction: Both models are built with high-quality materials. The HD-50 uses a stable structure with a 315 mm KD200 three-jaw chuck, while the HDTR-1000 incorporates wear-resistant rollers and a carbon steel base, providing excellent support during rotation without slippage or wobbling. Efficient control for ease of use: Both machines offer dual control systems. The HD-50 includes a control box with continuously variable speed adjustment and a foot pedal for on-demand rotation activation. The HDTR-1000 adds an automatic constant rotation mode and a foot-switch mode for fine adjustments or positioning. Wide range of professional applications: The HD-50 positioner is ideal for welding, assembly, cutting, or testing small to medium-sized parts. The HDTR-1000, on the other hand, is designed for demanding tasks in tank manufacturing, pipe welding, heavy construction, and more, making it the perfect solution for professionals working with large components. Key Differences The HD-50 is a table positioner with a horizontal load capacity of up to 50 kg and a vertical load capacity of up to 25 kg, ideal for lighter jobs requiring precision and adjustable workpiece tilt. Its 315 mm rotating table is suitable for manual welding or in combination with semi-automatic equipment. On the other hand, the HDTR-1000 is a high-performance positioning roller, capable of supporting up to 1000 kg horizontally. It does not allow tilting, but offers greater speed, adaptability to large-diameter workpieces, and is perfect for automated welding processes on heavy structures.
